CABIN SHARING - You will likely need to share a cabin with people in addition to those in your family or group. Please indicate the names of people with whom you would like to or would be willing to share a cabin. (up to 6)

Food is lacto-ovo-vegetarian. Please list any important food restrictions and the exact nature of the restricton.

Do you have mobility issues that would make it difficult to walk 2 miles along a dirt road to get to camp? (Transportation to camp will be arranged if so)

Do you have mobility or health concerns that would influence which cabin you could safely stay in, and/or is there any equipment (e.g. CPAP) that you need to have with you where you sleep?
